How to keep score in a Beyblade X battle with friends

The fastest way to lose the fun is to debate a result after every launch. Agree on the point target and the finish terms before you start, hand one phone to the scorekeeper, then let the rematch happen.

01

Agree before the first launch

Choose a target score that feels right for the session. If you are practising for an event, use the organiser's current point system. For a friendly session, the important thing is that both players understand the same simple rules.

02

Use one scorekeeper

One player, sibling or parent records the finish after each battle. This is easier than both players trying to remember a running score, especially when everyone is excited.

03

Keep the result in perspective

Friendly scores are for the people in the room. They do not change competitive rankings, prove a matchup, or replace an organiser-recorded tournament result. They do create a useful prompt for the next test.

04

End with one next action

After the match, choose one thing to do: swap one part, try a different launch, invite a friend to the squad, or stop while the session still feels good.
